Emily Farr

About the Author Emily Farr

Emily is a Master’s candidate at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in northern Italy, where her research focuses on the relationship between fisheries and climate change. Previously, she has milked goats in Vermont and worked as a researcher for GreenWave, a New Haven-based nonprofit working to support a new generation of ocean farmers. She graduated with a B.S. in Geology & Geophysics from Yale University in 2014, and will be returning to New Haven in 2016 to begin a Master in Environmental Management at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
